24 de abril de 2023 April 24th, 2023 Formación de moho en frutas y verduras, con y sin efecto de PURETi COAT 4.0 El objetivo de este ensayo es el de observar el efecto de la fotocatálisis del PURETi COAT 4.0 sobre fruta y verdura como: lechuga y manzana.  Diseño experimental El esquema del ensayo consiste en colocar dos cabinas de cristal, una de ellas con unas piezas de cerámica tratadas en el interior con PURETi COAT 4.0, y la otra sin tratar. A continuación, se colocan dentro de ambas cabinas media lechuga y media manzana de la misma pieza. RESULTADOS: PURETi COAT 4.0 evita la formación de hongos de manera muy significativa. La fruta y la verdura presentan un mejor aspecto y libre de hongos transcurridas las 2 semanas del ensayo si han estado presentes en un ambiente tratado con PURETi COAT 4.0. Mold formation on fruits and vegetables with and without the effect of PURETi COAT 4.0 The aim of this trial is to observe the effect of photocatalysis of PURETi COAT 4.0 on fruit and vegetables. Experimental Design The scheme of the test consists of placing two glass cabinets, one of them with ceramic pieces treated with PURETi COAT 4.0 inside, and the other untreated. Then, half a lettuce and half an apple from the same piece are placed inside both cabinets. RESULTS: PURETi COAT 4.0 prevents fungal growth very significantly. The fruit and vegetables look better and out of fungus after 2 weeks of the trial if they have been present in an environment treated with PURETi COAT 4.0.
